以-4溴-1,8-萘二甲酸酐、二乙烯三胺(DETA)及三聚氯氰(CNC)为原料,经酰胺化、亲核取代反应合成了一种荧光单体,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱对其进行结构表征,并使其与丙烯酰胺按照一定比例聚合,得到一种能溶于水的聚合荧光材料。考察了荧光单体及聚合物的紫外可见吸收和荧光光谱,研究表明,聚合物的Δσ(3964 cm-1)明显小于单体(6512 cm-1),说明聚合后发色团以化学键固定在大分子链中,分子从基态跃迁到激发态时,荧光聚合物空间位阻变化小,能量损失较小,进一步说明荧光聚合物的光稳定性较单体更好。溶剂的极性影响荧光聚合物的光物理化学性质。

A fluorescent monomer was synthesized from 4-bromo 1,8-naphthalic anhydride and diethylenetriamine,and cyanuric chloride via amidation,nucleophilic substitution.Then a water-soluble fluorescent polymer was obtained by copolymerization between it with acrylamide.The structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-IR),ultraviolet-visible absorption and fluorescence spectra of the target product were investigated.The research result shows that the stokes shift of polymer(3964 cm-1) is less than monomer(6512 cm-1), the active fluorescent chromophores of the polymeric fluorescent material which was bonded in the macromolecule chains can enhance chromogen photochemical stability.The reason is that the molecules from the ground state transition to the excited state,the fluorescent polymer steric resistance change is small and less energy loss.The photophysics and photochemical properties of fluorescent polymer are markedly determined by solvent polarity.
