高级检索

对水溶液中连续电沉积出的Fe56-59Ni合金箔的热处理工艺进行了详细的研究.实验结果表明,在氢气气氛中经950℃退火4h又经650℃回火1h的合金衍射峰Ⅰ(200)/Ⅰ(111)的值为最大,磁性能也最好,磁性能达到:最大磁导率(μm)达到0.028234T/A/m,饱和磁感应强度(Bs)1.5T,矫顽力(Hc)15.9155A/m.本文还对镀态的和热处理态的Fe56-59Ni合金进行了表面形貌(SEM)观察和晶体结构(XRD)分析.
