将二茂铁加入到舍金属Al的Mg0C材料基质中,经高温处理后,研究了二茂铁对基质物相组成和显微结构的影响.结果表明,从1300℃开始.基质中原位生成大量的富镁尖晶石纤维,纤维的数量、长度和直径随处理温度的升高而增大.推测尖晶石纤雏是在二茂铁热解产生的纳米铁粒子催化作用下,通过气-液-固(VCS)机制和气-固(VS)机制形成.同时二茂铁还可能起到催化MgO的碳热还原反应和Al4C3的分解反应的作用,使材料基质在较低温度下开始产生Mg、Al气相,促进纤维的生长.二茂铁的加入还使低碳MgO-C材料产品的物理性能得到提高.
