采用销盘式摩擦副,在干滑动摩擦条件下研究稀土(La +Yb)对T6热处理态AlSi10Cu3合金摩擦磨损行为的影响.结果表明,稀土(La +Yb)可明显改善T6热处理态AlSi10Cu3合金的耐磨性.随稀土添加量增加,T6态合金的质量磨损率和摩擦系数均先减少后增加,而且T6态合金的摩擦系数波动稳定.当稀土添加量达0.6%时,合金耐磨性相对较好.此时,T6态合金的质量磨损率下降到0.43%,摩擦系数下降到0.26.添加不同含量稀土(La+ Yb),T6热处理态AlSi10Cu3合金由氧化磨损向磨粒磨损转变.
