针对某车用柴油机气缸套裂纹故障进行分析。研究结果表明,裂纹气缸套化学成分和显微组织符合相关技术标准要求。根据裂纹气缸套宏观断口观察及合金铸铁材料特性分析,裂纹可能是由铸造内应力引起的冷裂纹。对不同时效处理工艺参数下的气缸套内应力进行测试工艺试验,500 ℃保温2 h去应力综合效果最佳。调整时效工艺参数之后气缸套裂纹故障得到彻底解决。

A failure analysis was performed on a diesel engine cylinder sleeve. The results indicated that the chemical composition and microstructure are in line with relevant technical standards. According to the macroscopic fracture observation of the cracked cylinder sleeve and analysis on characteristics of cast iron, the crack may be caused by internal stress-induced cold cracking. That keeping at 500 ℃ for two hours was considered to be the best process parameter for stress relief annealing, after optimizing the aging treatment on the cylinder sleeve based on internal stress test. The crack failure of the cylinder sleeve was resolved completely by the revised techniques.
