Study on the diffusion coefficients during coagulation process of polyacrylonitrile as-spun fibers

借助于圆柱体的一维线性模型,运用Fick第二定律推导出了溶剂和凝固剂扩散系数的表达式,利用KMnO4返滴定法测定出不同凝固时间的初生丝条中溶剂与非溶剂的含量,进而计算出各自的扩散系数;分析了各种凝固参数对溶剂和非溶剂扩散系数的影响规律,结果表明采用温和的凝固条件(高固含量及凝固浴浓度、低浴温及负牵伸率)可降低溶剂和凝固剂的扩散系数,实现均匀缓慢扩散.
