首先以Span80的正己烷溶液构成连续相,然后向连续相中滴加分散相烯酰胺(AAM)及其交联剂N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)的水溶液, 得到逆浓乳液.然后再滴加引发剂、氧化剂过硫酸铵(APS)与还原剂焦亚硫酸钠(SMBS)的水溶液.聚合反应在室温进行,几秒钟内即可完成,生成白色糊状产物.得到的体系用正己烷稀释后,加入亲油性单体甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)及其交联剂1,4-二乙烯基苯(DVB),再加入可溶于连续相的氧化剂过氧化羟基异丙苯(CHPO).在适当条件下,可以在亲水性粒子表面形成网状或泡孔型亲油性壳层.这种结构保证了里面的亲水性核仍然可以与外界相接触,这种具有亲水性核/亲油性壳的嵌套型双亲胶体粒子可以悬浮于水中及有机溶剂中,并在较长时间内保持稳定.
