主要介绍莱钢大规格异形坯腹板裂纹的研究与控制，本文以异形坯的形状特殊性对凝固的影响为主线，阐述了大规格异形坯的工艺特点，对腹板裂纹的产生原因进行了深入研究，结合莱钢大规格异形坯的特点实施了有效的解决方案，在解决腹板裂纹控制方面取得了较好的效果。
A major goal of this paper is to introduce the research and control of web plate crack of the large type beam blank. This paper will introduce the process feature of the large type beam blank to the influence of steel solidification based on the point of the special shape, and do the intensive study of web plate crack so that laiwu steel can adopt the effective method on the filed of how to control the crack on the web plate surface.
