采用化学镀方法在氚处理材料ZrCo合金颗粒表面制备了一层较为均匀致密的Pd金属膜.采用扫描电镜技术对Pd膜的形貌进行了详细分析,研究了沉积温度、镀膜时间、镀液pH值和还原剂水合肼的添加量等参数对Pd膜特性的影响,从而优化出最佳的镀Pd膜工艺.
