用HPES工艺合成了20v.%TiC颗粒增强的NiAl基复合材料.其维氏硬度、压缩屈服强度都比单相NiAl有大幅度提高特别是室温和1000℃以上,屈服强度比基体提高近二倍,室温塑性也优于单相NiAl.
