以聚砜为基体,具有二维结构的六方片状氮化硼和一维结构的碳化硅晶须二元复配填料为导热填料,使用双辊开炼机在高温熔融共混,模压成型制得导热绝缘复合材料.用扫描电子显微镜、导热分析仪、超高电阻微电流测量仪对复合材料的断面微观形貌、导热性能、电绝缘性能进行了表征.结果表明,不同形状的导热填料均匀分散在聚合物基体中,相互搭接形成导热网络,合适配比的二元复配填料对复合材料热导率的提高具有协同效应.随着二元复配填料用量的增加,复合材料热导率升高,表面电阻率和体积电阻率却有所下降.当h-BN与SiCw质量比为8/2,复配填料质量分数为50%时,h-BN/SiCw/聚砜复合材料的热导率达到2.728 W/(m·K),表面电阻率和体积电阻率为5.21×1013 Ω和7.86×1013Ω· cm.
