介绍了影响包晶碳钢角横裂的连铸工艺操作和设备。在过去的几年中,集中采取了一系列的措施,改善钢水在结晶器内和二冷区的冷却条件,减少作用在凝固坯壳上的机械应力,使得角横裂缺陷发生率明显减少。

The possibility of transverse corner cracking in slab of peritectic carbon steel is greater than that of other carbon steels. The main operation and equipment reasons of transverse corner cracking are introduced. A series of measures, namely the improvement of cooling conditions of liquid steel in mold and strand in second cooling zone and reduction of stress in solidified shell implemented, over the past several years have efficiently reduced the transverse corner.
