将二胺单体6FHP、二酐单体6FDA和双酚A二酐缩聚合成新型三单体共聚型含氟聚酰亚胺FAPI.用红外光谱、凝胶色谱、差热热重仪、棱镜耦合仪、万能力学机等对FAPI的光学和力学等性能进行了表征.结果表明,三单体缩聚后得到的FAPI重均分子量Mw高达19743.2,分散度最低达到1.2735;共聚物具有高热稳定性,玻璃化转变温度高达234℃;在光通讯波段1550nm处的传输损耗最低达到0.316dB/cm;柔韧性好,断裂伸长率高达152.5%,机械强度高达127.980MPa.与二单体含氟聚酰亚胺FPI相比,FAPI的热稳定性更高、力学性能显著提高,而传输损耗仍较低,综合性能优异.
