综述了高导热C/C复合材料的研究现状及进展.从C/C复合材料的导热机理出发,分析了C/C复合材料的热物理性能以及影响其导热性能的因素.介绍了不同类型碳纤维、基体炭的导热性能,以及高导热C/C复合材料的制备及改性.
