某氯碱厂设备的大气腐蚀严重,导致短期内涂层起泡和脱落。采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)和盐雾试验对4种不同的重防腐涂层体系的耐腐蚀性能进行筛选,试验结果表明,3种重防腐涂层体系的防腐蚀性能均优于目前正在使用的重防腐体系;由环氧富锌底漆、环氧云铁中间漆、聚氨酯面漆组成的重防腐体系的防腐蚀效果最好。
Serious atmospheric corrosion resulting in coating blistering of the equipment happened in a chlor-alkali plant. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and salt spray test were used to screen four kinds of heavy anti-corrosion system. The results all show that three kinds of tested heavy-duty anti-corrosion system are better than the currently used heavy-duty anti-corrosion system. The heavy-duty anti-corrosion system composed of epoxy zinc rich primer/epoxy intermediate coat of iron cloud/Hardtop AS is the best anti-corrosion system.
