研究苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)、马来酸酐接枝苯乙烯丁二烯苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(MAHSBS)、纳米CaCO3单独填加与复配填加对聚碳酸酯与丙烯腈丁二烯苯二烯三元共聚物(ABS)共混物(PCABS)性能的影响,采用电子扫描电镜观察其微观结构.结果发现,质量比PC∶ABS=1∶1时,共混材料综合性能最好;单独添加4wt%的纳米CaCO3,PC ABS的拉伸强度明显上升,冲击强度略有上升;单独添加SBS无法起到改良效果;单独添加MAH SBS,MAH SBS/PC ABS的冲击强度上升,但拉伸强度严重下降;MAH SBS与纳米CaCO3复配时,可以起到协同作用,PC ABS的冲击强度由80 kJ/m2上升至约108 kJ/m2,拉伸强度由57.0 MPa上升至约61.5 MPa.
