利用Zn(CH3COO)2、Zn(NO3)2、ZnO和KOH为原料在150~250℃用水热法合成了ZnO粉料,讨论了先驱体的性质、种类和溶液浓度、溶液温度及氧化还原电势对纳米ZnO的影响,其结晶尺寸变化范围为60~500nm,PCL光谱显示了紫外光带和可见光带.
