为了进一步提高不锈钢的抗菌性能、抗腐蚀性能和降低制造成本,首次以Cu,Zn代替Ag,利用辉光等离子体法在AISB304不锈钢表面同时渗入Cu,Zn金属离子,制备了性能优良的抗菌不锈钢。通过扫描电镜和X射线能谱分析了渗层的形貌和化学组成,通过电化学极化曲线研究了抗菌不锈钢的耐蚀性能,以平板菌落计数法测试了不锈钢的抗菌性能。结果表明:不锈钢表面形成的渗层厚度约4μm,主要成分为铜锌合金,对大肠杆茼和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率均达100%;抗菌不锈钢的耐蚀性能明显优于AISI304不锈钢。
