房间隔缺损和卵固孔未闭是临床常见的2种先天性心脏发育畸形.封堵器作为介入治疗房间隔缺损和卵圆孔未闭的装置,其作用是对房间隔上面未能闭合的孔进行封闭.可调节与可吸收是新型封堵器的2个发展方向.介绍了国内外封堵器装置的种类、特点以及临床实验情况,结合现有一些生物可降解的高分子材料,分析了可生物吸收、可生物降解封堵器的研究意义和可行性.
