通过大型连铸机中间包包盖的损毁机理分析，设计改进包盖结构及材质，开发与应用包盖预制件、免烘烤莫莱石质浇注料、包盖密封技术等技术集成与创新，形成了具有自主知识产权的中间包包盖工艺技术，使中间包包盖使用寿命达到30～40个浇次。
The independent intellectual property of tundish cover technology formed, and the service life of tundish cover increased to 30 to 40 casting times, it got out by technological integrated and innovated which are, analysis damage mechanism, designing and improving the structure and material, developing and using cover pre-castable and free firing mullite castable, sealing technology for cover etc.
