对一种低灰低硫煤进行了工业分析、全硫测定、煤岩分析、粘结指数、胶质层最大厚度及容惰能力测定,结果表明:该种煤是一种粘结性较好,活性成分含量较高的优质1/3焦煤。针对此煤的特性,选用其它炼焦常用煤种,以出口焦质量标准为目标函数,优化得出了最佳配煤比,并通过实验进行了验证,最终得到了满足出口焦质量标准的炼焦配煤方案。

A series of tests were carried out for a coal, including composition analysis, sulfur content analysis, macerals analysis, determination of caking index, maximum colloid thickness and capacity of caking inerts. The results showed that this coal is of 1/3 coke coal with high caking characteristics, low content of ash and sulfur and high content of active components. Based on the characteristics of this coal and actual conditions at Jia Hua Coke Plant, a preliminary optimal proportion of coal mixture was proposed to produce coke for export. After the verification by pilot test, the final proportion of coal mixture was obtained.
