采用正交法设计了5083铝合金的冷轧及稳定化处理工艺方案,通过晶间腐蚀试验、剥落腐蚀试验结合组织与形貌观察研究了冷变形量和稳定化处理对合金板材耐腐蚀性能的影响,并测试了合金在剥落腐蚀溶液中的极化曲线。结果表明:该合金的晶间腐蚀和剥落腐蚀倾向随冷变形量的增大和稳定化处理温度的降低而增大,稳定化时间的影响不明显;当冷变形量在20%~25%,稳定化温度在200~220℃、时间为2h时,合金的耐腐蚀性能最优。

The process schemes of cold roiling and stabilizing treatment for 5083 aluminum alloy were designed using orthogonal method. The effects of cold deformation and stabilizing treatment on corrosion resistance of the alloy were investigated by means of intergranular corrosion test, exfoliation corrosion test and microstructure and morphology observation. Polarization curves of the alloy in exfoliation corrosion solution were measured. The results show that the intergranular corrosion and exfoliation corrosion tendency of the alloy increased with increasing the cold deformation and decreasing the stabilizing treatment temperature. The stabilizing treatment time had little effect. The alloy had the best corrosion resistance after stabilizing treated at 200--220℃ for 2 h with cold deformation of 20 % -- 25 %.
