研究了一种新型的基于数字投影技术和条纹边缘检测技术的平坦度测量系统,阐述了该系统的测量原理、系统组成、标定方法及平坦度计算等。该系统采用的投影条纹法系三维全场式测量方法,能克服带钢垂直运动对测量的不利影响,与目前常用的平坦度测量方法相比,其抗干扰能力更强,测量结果更准确,并且硬件成本比较低。
A new flatness measuring system based on the techniques of digital projection and fringe edge detection has been developed. The measuring principle, hardware constituent and system calibration, flatness calculation, and so on are discussed. This system adopts a 3dimensional measuring method called projected fringe method, and it can avoid the defective effect caused by the vertical motion of the steel strip. Comparing with the present flatness measuring systems which are applied widespreadly, its capability of antiinterference is higher, the measuring results are more accurate and it costs less.
