采用静电自组装工艺在石英衬底上制备了SnO2掺杂的TiO2薄膜,利用原子力显微镜(AFM),X射线光电子能谱(XPS),紫外可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)表征了薄膜的微结构及性能.薄膜的吸收光谱及光催化实验结果表明,SnO2掺杂可以明显改善薄膜的光吸收,提高TiO2薄膜的光催化性能.
