对碳纳米管进行了不同程度的酸化处理,制备得到质量分数为16%的MWNTs/PVA湿法纺丝原液.用上述纺丝原液刮膜得到MWNTs/PVA薄膜.经扫描电镜观察,酸化处理后碳纳米管聚集状态变得松散.采用计算机控制粘度仪研究了原液粘度与剪切速率关系,原液粘度随剪切速率的增加而降低,为典型的切力变稀流体.采用微控电子万能试验机测定薄膜力学性能,结果表明,碳纳米管的加入改善了原液薄膜的力学性能.
The MWNTs/PVA films are prepared by scraping membrane method with 16wt% MWNTs/PVA aqueous solutions,in which,the MWNTs are acidificated with sulfuric acid/nitric acid of different concentrations.The modified CNTs show better dispersion by scanning electron microscope.The relation between the viscosity of spinning stock solution and shear rate is observed by computer-controlled viscometers.It shows that wet-spinning dopes are typical shear-thinning fluids.The mechanical properties of thin films are measured by micro-controlled electronic universal testing machine.The mechanical properties of the MWNTs/PVA films are improved after superimposing CNTs.
