研究了La2O3掺杂的BaSnO3-BaBiO3系NTC材料的组成、相结构和断面形貌以及La2O3含量对电性能的影响.结果表明,样品在较宽温度范围内显示了良好的NTC效应;X射线衍射分析表明烧结体由钙钛矿结构的BaSnO3和单斜结构的BaBiO3组成;随着La2O3含量的增加,样品BaSnO3-BaBiO3的室温电阻率呈现先减小后增大的趋势.
