研究了不同淬火温度对冷轧变形后的30CrMo减震簧钢的精细组织的影响.研究表明:随淬火温度增加,试验钢中残留奥氏体量增加,且形态由薄膜状向块状转变;碳化物数量增加,形态由短棒状和球状向椭球状转变.试验钢经900℃×10 min油冷+600℃×60 min空冷后获得回火索氏体+弥散分布的细小碳化物+薄膜状残留奥氏体.薄膜状的残留奥氏体均匀分布在铁素体晶内或F/MC相界面,将铁素体基体分割形成了超细化的亚结构甚至超亚单元.这种结构具有良好的形变协调能力,并能有效松弛微观应力集中.大量椭球状的碳化物沿亚单元和超亚单元的界面处析出,弥散分布,使之具有良好的细晶韧化和析出强化效果.

Effect of quenching temperature on fine structure of 30CrMo damping spring after cold rolling deformation was investigated.The results show that with the increasing of quenching temperature,the amount of retained austenite increases and the morphology of retained austenite changes from film to block;the number of carbide phases increases and the morphology changes from short bar shape and globular to ellipsoidal shape.After quenching at 900 ℃ for 10 min by oil cooling and then tempering at 600 ℃ for 60 min by air cooling,final microstructure of the tested steel is tempered martensite and dispersion distribution of fine carbide and retained austenite films.Retained austenite films is uniformly distributed in the ferrite crystal or F/MC phase interface,which split ferrite matrix leaded to the formation of refined sub unit or super sub unit.This structure has a good ability of deformation coordination and can relax the microscopic stress concentration effectively.A large number of dispersed elliptical carbides precipitate at the interface between the sub units and the super sub units.So the tested steel have good effect of fine grain toughening and precipitation strengthening.
