研究了淬火介质SST103对低铬半钢的硬度分布及淬裂敏感性的影响。结果表明，适合低铬半钢淬火介质SST103的浓度应在1.5%~2.0%之间，且介质温度低于40 ℃。
The effect of SST103 quenching medium on hardness distribution and cracking character of low chromium semisteel were studied. The results shown that the suitable concentration of SST103 quenching medium for low chromium semisteel is 1.5%~2.0% and its temperature is lower than 40 ℃ .
