冷连轧负荷分配最优化对于提高冷轧带钢的产量和质量具有至关重要的作用。在研究蚁群算法优缺点的基础上,首次提出了将遗传算法和蚁群算法相融合的GAACA优化算法应用于冷连轧负荷分配的优化。该算法采用遗传算法生成初始负荷分配,利用蚁群算法求取最优化分配结果,优势互补,具有计算精度高、速度快等优点,适合于负荷分配的在线应用。试验对比数据证明了该方法的有效性,为冷连轧负荷分配的优化提供了一种新的方法。
The optimization for the load distribution of tandem cold rolling plays an important role in improving the quality and increasing the output of the cold strip. On the basis of analyzing the merits and defects of the ant colony algorithm, a new way was presented to optimize the load distribution of tandem cold rolling by means of the combination of genetic algorithm and ant colony algorithm. This algorithm adopts genetic algorithm to generate initial load distribution and then uses the ant colony algorithm to get the optimal solution. The algorithm has many advantages, such as fast searching speed, high computing precision, online operation and so on. The comparison data show the validity of the algorithm for the optimal design of the load distribution of tandem cold rolling.
