采用磁控溅射法制备了不同厚度的镍铁合金单层膜及其复合膜,运用飞秒激光泵浦-探测技术研究了复合层及薄膜厚度对镍铁合金膜瞬时反射率的影响.结果表明:镍铁合金膜的反射率在飞秒激光作用后的0.2 ps内迅速上升到最大值,再经0.2 ps又达到最小值后才达到稳定状态;不同复合层使得镍铁合金膜的瞬时反射率△R/R曲线在零点有不同的变化幅度;随着膜厚度的增加,镍铁合金单层膜的△R/R曲线在零点过后的变化幅值先减小后增大.
