为计算高速线材精轧阶段椭圆一圆孔型系统的非均匀变形程度,分析了等效矩形法的基本原理,发现两等效矩形间的相交矩形面积是求解等效应变的关键.假设孔型入口、出口轧件断面均为椭圆,并忽略切应变,由此提出了一种不进行矩形转换而求解等效应变的新方法,称为相交面积法(简称OA法).为检验OA法的有效性,将其应用于φ6.5 mm线材精轧的温升计算.计算结果与实测温升符合较好,相对误差小于10%.利用计算数据回归了精轧机组道次累积总温升和人口温度的关系模型.结果表明:总温升随入口温度的降低而近似线性地升高.
