采用熔盐法制备了具有各向异性片状结构的Sr2Bi4Ti5O18晶体,利用XRD,SEM等测试分析手段对熔盐反应产物的晶体结构和显微形貌进行了表征.研究结果表明:当采用KCl-NaCl混合熔盐,熔盐与总反应物的质量比为1∶1,1100℃保温3h时,可以制备出纯的Sr2Bi4Ti5O18粉体,扫描电镜照片显示Sr2Bi4Ti5O18晶粒呈片状形貌,其晶粒长宽为5 ~25μm、厚度约为0.2 μm左右,且分散性较好;XRD图谱显示晶粒在(00l)晶面择优生长,该方法所合成的片状晶粒可作为织构化陶瓷的模板.
