采用OM,SEM,TEM及EBSD等方法,对低合金钢板条组织的精细组织结构进行了研究,并测试了不同热处理条件下试验钢的低温韧性.研究过程中,从晶体学、亚单元对性能的定量影响规律、解理裂纹扩展路径的实际观察等3个方面分别研究控制低温韧性的“有效晶粒尺寸”.几个不同方面的研究结果均表明,板条块(block)是决定低合金钢板条组织低温韧性的最小亚单元,即板条块尺寸是影响低温韧性的“有效晶粒尺寸”.
