根据所测得的 Q~t 曲线并采用 IR、XPS、SEM 以及 EA 等分析手及,研究了溴代双酚 A 型不饱和聚酯树脂(代号 FZ)在100℃去离子水,60℃的20%及5%N_2OH 溶液,60℃的20%及5%HCl 溶液中的耐腐蚀性和腐蚀机理。研究结果表明:溴的引入对树脂的耐腐蚀性能无不良影响,FZ 树脂具有优良的耐酸、碱以及沸水性能;C-Br 键非常稳定,在试验介质中长时间浸泡不产生C-Br 键的断裂;FZ 树脂在沸水中的破坏,主要是脂基水解后生成醇、羧酸等小分子并流失在介质中;而它在浓碱中除产生上述小分子并流失外,在树脂网络结构中还存在湍羧酸根负离子。
Many techniques,such as the Q-t curves,IR,XPS ,SEM etc.,are used to examine the corrosion resistance of brominated bisphenol-A type unsaturated polyester resin (code name FZ) and to deduce its corrosion mechanism in a series of chemical media ,involving boiling de-ionized water,20% and 5% NaOH aqueous solution at 60℃ ,and 20%o and 5% HCl aqueous solution at 60℃.The results show that FZ resin displays outstanding corrosion resistance.There are evidances that the bromine element does not drop out during immersion process. When immersed in boiling deionized water for a long time(70 days), part of ester groups of the resin are hydrolyzed and small molecules, such as alcohol and carboxy acid etc.,run into media .There are not only small molecules produced during hydrolysis process but also end carboxyl negative ions when the resin is immersed in 20% NaOH aque- ous solution at 60℃ for the same time.
