为了提高铸坯凝固组织的均匀性,减轻宏观偏析,提出了自耗式振动激发金属液形核技术。当振动钢带喂入钢液时,保护渣有可能随之卷入,为此开展了传热数值模拟研究。通过试验可知,对于50mm×5mm的钢带,运动状态下过热度为10℃时,喂入速度小于0.36m/min时下缘中心点的温度能够稳定在钢带的液相线温度以上;当喂入速度小于0.102m/min时,位于钢渣界面2mm以上的钢带窄边表面中心点的温度通过轴向传热能够达到或超过保护渣的熔化温度,此时钢带附近的保护渣有可能呈熔融状态,因此不会被带入钢液内。

In order to enhance the uniformity of slab solidification structure and reduce macrosegregation, a self consumption of vibration excitation of nuclear technology in liquid steel was proposed. When the vibration of strip was feeding with the liquid steel, the flux may be subsequently involved in, so a numerical simulation of heat transfer was researched. Through experimental research, for 50mm×5mm of strip in moving and its superheat is 10℃, when the strip feeding speed is less than 0.36m/min, the temperature of the strip in the center of lower edge stabilize above the liquidus temperature; when the feeding speed is less than 0.102m/min, the center temperature on the strip surface which is the slag interface more than 2mm can reach or exceed flux melting temperature by means of axial heat transfer.Then strip near the flux may be still on the molten structures,and it will not be brought into the liquid steel.
