以硼硅酸盐玻璃丝作为增强材料,对具有较高孔隙率的骨水泥进行补强,利用SEM对骨水泥的显微结构进行了观察和分析,并对骨水泥的力学强度进行了测试。结果表明硼酸盐玻璃降解有助于环境中HAP的生成,30d后玻璃丝与骨水泥界面良好键合形成统一体,并且30d中骨水泥力学强度处于稳步增长态势。
In this study,the bone-cement with high porosity was strengthened by borate glass fiber as reinforce materials.The microstructure of the glass fiber's surface was investigated by SEM.And mechanical strengths were tested as well.The results indicate that the degradation of borate glass contributes growth of HAP in the SBF solution.After 30d,the interface between glass fiber and bone cement is not obvious existence and both of them come into being the one whole unity.During this 30d,the strength testes show that the mechanical strength of bone cement is in the steady growth.
