用XPS和AES分析了亚磷酸三苯脂(TP)在A3钢表面膜中的元素 价态、组成、参与配位的元素.结果表明：膜的表面铁为二价或三价，氧元素为配位原子，P 和苯环不参与配位.膜的组成为多核配合物.进一步分析了亚磷酸三苯脂与铁离子配位机理.
Composition and valences of the elements in the tri phenyl phosphite film formed on the surface of A3 steel were analyzed by means o f XPS and AES.The results show that Fe on the surface of the film is +2 or +3 va lence;that O atom is the coordinate ligand while P and benzene ring do not coord inate;and the composition of the film is polynuclear complex.The mechanism of co ordination of triphenyl phosphite with Fe is suggested.
