为了研究强旋工艺中钛合金材料变形组织和织构演化规律,进行了BT20钛合金筒形件反旋工艺实验,采用光学和X射线衍射方法分别对表面微观组织和晶体取向演化过程进行了分析.研究表明:旋压件外表面组织因反复拉压和剪切作用变得复杂和不均匀;多道次大变形旋压变形可以改善组织不均匀性,在轴截面上形成较均匀的轴向纤维组织;旋压过程中因径向压缩变形导致基面{0002}趋于与筒表面相切排列.在内表面,基面择优程度随内层实际变形量增大而稳定增强.在外表面,基面择优程度在一定变形量内迅速增强,随后有所减弱.
In order to investigate the evolution of microstructure and texture of titanium material in power spin-ning, backward spinning of BT20 alloy was carried out, and the evolution of surface microstructure and prefer-ential orientation were analyzed using optical microscopy and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results show that the microstructure in the outer surface of as-spun component is complicated and non-uniform due to repeated ac-tions of tension, compression and shearing. Microstructure inhomogeneity is reduced by multi-pass and large-deformation spinning, and uniform axial fiber microstructure across thickness is obtained. Basal plane {0002} of α grain of titanium alloy is preferred to align with tube surface for radial compression in spinning process. The degree of basal preferential orientation in the inner surface is stably enhanced with the increased deforma-tion. However, the degree in outer surface rapidly increases with deformation within a certain amount, and then decreases to a certain extent.
