采用水热法,以NaOH为矿化剂,反应温度为200℃,在不同pH值的条件下合成了纳米Zn(1-x)FexO稀磁半导体材料.通过XRD测试表明当掺杂量x≤0.08时可制备出纯净的具有六方相结构的Zn(1-x)FexO粉体.SEM测试结果表明反应溶液的pH值和掺杂量对颗粒形貌和尺寸有很大的影响.VSM测试研究了室温下不同FE3+掺杂量(x=0.03,0.05,0.08)对材料铁磁性的影响,结果表明随着掺杂量的增加饱和极化强度有明显提高,在室温下具有铁磁性.
