设计了轴压性能试验,对VARTM工艺制备的复合材料整体连接裙轴压承载能力进行了试验研究.主要考察了复合材料连接裙在轴向压缩载荷作用下的轴向应变和环向应变,分析了复合材料连接裙的载荷与应变的关系,表征了裙体的表观结构刚度.结果表明,复合材料连接裙质量均匀,在625.7kN的轴压载荷所用下,连接裙的轴向应变远小于0.5%的设计指标,连接裙的轴向表观结构刚度为40.9 GPa.
