本文研究了飞机起落架用超高强度40CrMnSiMoVA钢的显微组织、强韧性和疲劳性能,结果表明,该钢经300℃等温1h淬火可获得由贝氏体铁素体板条与条间或条内的残余奥氏体薄膜所组成的准贝民体组织。与马氏体区等温淬火马氏体组织相比,准贝氏体具有更佳的强塑性,并具有缺口敏感性低,形变强化能力强,疲劳强度高,应变疲劳和冲击疲劳寿命长,裂纹扩展速率慢以及超载延寿效应明显等优点。
The microstructure, strength-toughness and fatigue properties of an ultrahigh strength steel 40CrMnSiMoVA have been investigated. The so-called eta-bainite,composed of thin rareined austenite films within or between the bainitic ferrite laths was found in the steel after isothermally quenched at 300℃ for 1h. In comparison with the martensite structure obtained by isothermally quenching in martensite range,the meta-bainite has more excellent strength and plasticity, lower notch sensitivity, stronger strain hardenability, higher fatigue strength, longer strain or impact fatigue 1ife, slower crack propagation rate and more remarkable overload effect on increasing fatigue life.
