利用SEM、TEM、EDS、X射线衍射及电子衍射等表面分析技术,研究了在CrMoCu合金铸铁表面制备的离子氮碳共渗/渗硫复合层的微观结构,探讨了氮碳共渗处理对渗硫层形成的影响规律。结果表明:氮碳共渗表面形成的微观粗糙为与硫接触反应提供了丰富界面及表面缺陷,同时氮碳共渗形成的ε相Fe3N的晶体结构类型与渗硫层的FeS的晶体结构相同,因此与在基体表面渗硫相比,有利于渗硫层的形成。
Microstructure of plasma nitrocarburized/sulphurized composite layer on CrMoCu cast iron was investigated by means of SEM,TEM,EDS analysis and XRD.The effect of plasma nitrocarburization treatment on formation of sulphurized layer was examined.Results show that the roughening surface of the specimen after nitrocarburizing provides the abundant interface and defect for the reaction between sulphur and the layer,and ε-phase Fe3N formed in the process of nitrocarburization is favourable for the formation of sulphurized layer due to the same crystal structure of ε-Fe3N and FeS.
