采用锥形量热测试和垂直燃烧法UL-94研究了氢氧化镁对苯井(口恶)嗪树脂阻燃性能的影响.结果表明,加入氢氧化镁后苯并(口恶)嗪树脂的垂直燃烧时间缩短,阻燃性提高,当氢氧化镁加入量大于等于20%时,阻燃性达到UL-94 V0级.锥形量热的测试结果表明,加入20%氢氧化镁后,聚苯并(口恶)嗪的引燃时间由33s延长至52s;热释放速率的最大值由635.4kW/m2降低至255.93kW/m2;总释热量由99.1MJ/m2降低为67.72MJ/m2;总烟释放量由2578.5m2/m2降低至1686.19m2/m2.对于苯并(口恶)嗪树脂而言,氢氧化镁是一类既阻燃又抑烟的环境友好型阻燃剂.
