采用全浸失重法和电化学法, 同时结合ESM和EDX研究了碳钢在城市污水中的腐蚀行为. 结果表明碳钢在城市污水的长期浸泡中, 腐蚀速率处于较稳定的状态, 且数值达到0.8 mm/a, 现场实际环境中水体的流动作用, 大大加速了材料的腐蚀; 腐蚀形貌研究发现浸泡中后期腐蚀速率基本恒定是因为在材料表面形成了较致密的腐蚀产物层, 对腐蚀介质的渗透或通过氧化膜的传质起到了一定的阻挡作用; 正交试验结果表明在城市污水中污染因子的常规含量范围内, NH4+-N对碳钢的腐蚀速率影响较大.
Corrosion behavior of carbon steel in urban sewage was studied by weight--loss and electrochemistry methods, then corrosion product was examined with SEM and EDX. The results showed that during long time immersion in urban sewage, the corrosion rate of carbon steel was stable by ca. 0.8 mm/a and the flow of water increased the corrosion rate rapidly. A compact corrosion product formed on the base metal so that to keep the corrosion rate steadily by suppressing the permeation of corrosion medium, as well as the mass transportation through the scale. Orthogonal experiment showed that NH4+-N had much significant influence on the corrosion rate than other pollution factors in ordinary sewages.
