本文针对汽车换热器中的波纹翅片建立二维计算模型,运用场协同原理分析波纹翅片附近流动及传热情况,并通过二维开缝波纹翅片模型讨论开缝位置对其传热性能和流动特征的影响.数值模拟结果显示,波纹翅片各周期场协同角分布基本相同,在拐角附近存在明显的场协同恶化区域.在波纹翅片的拐角处或各半周期的1/4处开缝可改善协同,从而强化传热.此外,前密后疏或前疏后密的开缝方式不影响翅片的换热和压降情况,在开缝分布不均匀时,稀疏段开缝位置决定了翅片换热能力的相对大小.

In the present work,heat transfer and pressure drop for wavy fin with slits were numerically investigated in the range of Re =630 ~ 2700.The heat transfer performance of basic wavy fin was analyzed through Field Synergy Principle (FSP) and slits were introduced for the purpose of enhancement of heat transfer with an acceptable change of pressure drop.The effect of slit location and slit number were examined in detail.It was observed that slits are efficient only when they were placed in the first quarter of each semi-cycle with a specific density,or the slits won't play a positive role in heat transfer enhancement.
