基于已开发的顺次耦合的热应力耦合程序,运用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对于已存在的结焦层和渗碳层的Cr35Ni45Nb合金乙烯裂解炉管,对其开车升温过程中温度场以及应力场的分布进行了数值分析.讨论了结焦层和渗碳层尺寸、不同升温方式对于炉管力学性能和传热性能的影响.结果表明:随着结焦层和渗碳层的厚度的增加,导致了炉管传热性能的加速下降.应力在结焦层、渗碳层和金属基体的界面处发生了突变的现象,其中产生的最大环向应力位于炉管的内壁,最小环向应力位于炉管的外壁,而且这种分布并不会随着炉管服役时间的增长而得到改变.
