为研究雾化焙烧法制备氧化亚镍超细粉体过程原理与工艺控制,以六水合氯化镍配制水溶液,以压缩空气为载气,利用双通道内混合气流式喷嘴雾化前驱体溶液,获得微细雾滴直接在竖立管式高温电阻炉内焙烧,制备得到超细氧化亚镍粉体.采用热重-差热分析(TGA-DTA)对NiCl2·6H2O在空气气氛中的热行为进行研究,利用X射线衍射分析(XRD)、傅里叶红外光谱分析(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线光电子能谱(EDAX)等技术对制备的样品进行物相、纯度及形貌表征.研究表明:通过控制750℃以上的反应温度条件,氯化镍溶液直接雾化焙烧可以成功制备高纯度的氧化亚镍粉体,样品粒子呈类球形,粒度均一性好,结晶度高;不同的载气条件均制备得到单一相氧化亚镍粉体;与传统的煅烧碳酸镍高温分解制备工艺相比,雾化焙烧法具有工艺简单,过程可控,无温室气体排放等优点.
