通过对该研究领域的回顾，分析了涂层缺陷对腐蚀性 介质在涂层中的传输行为及金属基体腐蚀行为的影响，并对其研究方法进行了评述，提出现 存的问题和可能的解决方法.
Effect of coating defect on the corrosion behavior o f metal substrate the relevant methods applied in this research field have been reviewed.In this study field,one of the prime problems is how to characterize th e porosity of coatings.Many physical and chemical study methods, such as “chamb er test”,“immersion test” and “electrochemical t est” have been used.However, those methods are not efficient enough to reveal t he defects randomly distributed in coatings.Statistical method has been pointed out to be a suitable method for studying the characteristics of defect.The rela tionship among the characteristics of defects,the diffusion behavior of corrosiv e agents through coatings and the corrosion behavior of metal beneath the coatin gs is another unsolved problem.Methods to solve these problems were also pro posed in this paper.
