本文研究了酒钢含重晶石铁精矿在加热烧结过程中重晶石的分解条件和分解机理。结果表明,在氧化气氛烧结过程中,两组分的铁矿物-重晶石混合料中的重晶石在1190℃开始分解,1240℃时反应速度最大,其分解机理为高温下重晶石与Fe_2O_3发生固相反应,生成BaO·6Fe_2O_3;多组分的酒钢铁精矿的烧结反应产物则为(BaO·6Fe_2O_3)·1.82(CaO·2Fe_2O_3)。动力学计算表明,在空气中重晶石分解的表观活化能E~*=119.9kJ/mol,反应级数n=1.3—1.4。
