利用激光合金化技术在纯钛表面制备了TiB2合金化层.用XRD和SEM分析了合金化层的组成和组织结构.在CSM栓-盘摩擦磨损试验机上对钛及合金化层的摩擦磨损性能进行测试.结果表明:合金化层的主要成份是TiB2,合金化层表层的组织结构主要为柱状晶,合金化层的显微硬度达到1600HV0.1,TiB2合金化层的耐磨性能优于纯钛.
